Richmond Plaza Hotel

It was close to Ayala Center, about 10 minutes of walking.

It was a good stay not amazing. The staff were very courteous the room not so great the food was good

Stayed here for one night whilst passing through Cebu City. The pictures of the hotel look beautiful, and whilst it was good in real life, it didn’t quite compare. The reservation was made under my name, however they were still addressing my partner (a male) rather than me. I know it’s a culture thing to not appreciate women so much but it’s a trend that continued. When we had dinner in the restaurant, I asked for two cokes for myself and my partner, and the waiter just looked to my partner and asked what did I say. At breakfast, my partner ordered tea and I ordered juice, but she just bought out two tea’s. It’s only small things but can feel disrespectful and demoralising. On the whole it seemed to be the female staff not respecting other women, as except for one, the men were very respectful and addressing me. Definitely put a bad taste on the stay. But they helped us get a taxi in the morning. The ac was loud but worked. Room was fairly clean and the shower had warm water.

For 2nm nights we stayed they provide 1 towel only. Poor customer service

Room was cleaned, i like it. And i wanna go back hee with my family and friends..

Staff was good, no tv for English speaking only people, no amenities, cups, cooking facilities, no microwave

Its not so good. The 10th floor hallways stinks with rat urine. Cable TV is not functioning properly. Water supply in the bathroom is discouraging.
