Richmond Plaza Hotel

Hotel was very clean.Staff are very friendly and helpfull.

Building too old and room not spacious. Far away from eateries, shopping and entertainment.

The bed was a worn out memeory foam mattress. When we sat on or stretched out on it, the bed felt as if there were no mattress at all. There was about a half inch floor drop when you walk into bathroom. Every time one of us would walk out of the bathroom we would stub our toes or feet on that painful lip. Food was barely edible. There were several gnats fighting me for the bread when it was brought to the table. We spent the first 2-3 hours after check-in googling for more acceptable lodging. We Left the next morning and finished our vacation in much more acceptable lodging. We found lodging on our own. Travelocity didn’t assist us on this-we had to find a more acceptable place of lodging. After much messaging back and forth, Travelocity did help us get a refund for un-used nights.

Not much to say except it was not what we expected. Not a hotel I would recommend.

Stay away from this hotel worst hotel I ever stayed in Cebu

The room has no safety box, no deadbolt lock and the door can be easily open from outside.

Rooms are more dated compared to the pictures. We were given a different room with a smaller room and bed, looked like it was a room for one person. We were moved when we queried it as we had booked a bigger room wth a king bed. The hotel smelt and the receptionist came across miserable and sometimes rude. Average stay.

I'm not happy with this hotel.
