Nice place to stay.

Very nice suite and clean but bed very hard and sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on

Excellent staff

This is an older property close to the airport that is in need of renovations. The lobby and the hallways lead you to believe you will be walking into newly renovated rooms but once you get into your room you find this is not the case. The furnishings are old, scuffed and warn and the tiny tv’s in the room look like they haven’t been updated since flatscreens first came out. The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable and seemed like it was missing the back pillows. Planes fly right over the hotel so the rooms are loud so if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend avoid this hotel. The rooms were clean and checkin was quick and efficient. All in all, the hotel was fine but there are much better hotels in the area for the price do I’d avoid this location in the future.

Cleanliness

I think this hotel needed some upgrades and maintenance. The AC in my room was out, it was cool enough at night that I didn't really complain but it was kinda musty and humid. The shower was a bit older too. Everyone was very friendly though. Nothing you can walk to from the hotel if you are stuck without a car.

This is an outstanding hotel with amazing customer service

First room assigned had roaches. It was late at night so we went to another room. This one hadn’t roaches roaming around like the other one. We were promised that the manager would approach us about the first room but so far nothing has happened. It was our first time in a Residence Inn, obviously, we won’t stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and quiet and our room was one of the nicest rooms I've had a hotel. The free breakfast was excellent and all of the food tasted like it was supposed to and there were a lot of choices. There was even ice coffee options. I'd never stayed at a Residence Inn before, but after this experience I will look for them again.
