Location was ok and some members of the staff (specially the check out person)

I booked a room with three beds. My room had one queen size bed a sofa bed which was totally inappropriate ; room was supposed to be air conditioned. There was air condition where the queen sized bed was but not where the sofa bed was. Considering how warm the room was, it was a torture. On top of that, the air conditioning turned itself off after about 1 hour of usage obliging me to constantly turn it back on. To top it all up, my complaints were disregarded by everyone involved

Cet hôtel me plait beaucoup. Très bien situé dans un quartier upscale et sûr, beaucoup de restaurants et cafés autour y compris un très bon restaurant dans le même bâtiment (Le Bife) L’appartement est grand, bien aménagé et propre. Il y a une jolie piscine, très utile en été. Très bon wifi. Anglais parlé à la réception donc pas de problème de communication, ce qui n’est pas tjs le cas au Brésil.

Personnellement rien mais pour ceux très sensibles au bruit il serait peut-être judicieux de demander une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue principale. Beaucoup de bars très fréquentés certains soirs donc évidemment pas mal de bruit.

Não gostamos pelo fato de eu ter feito reservas para dois quartos , com datas de saídas diferentes , ter explicado com toda a clareza para a recepcionista, ao entregar as identidades, quem sairia quando . Contudo, a pessoa inverteu a ordem dos quartos , fazendo com que a minha amiga tivesse que refazer as bagagens e mudar para o meu quarto, um dia antes da sua saída . Foi muito desagradável .

Cordialidade dos funcionários.

Meu apartamento foi pré-selecionado para o 1o. andar ao lado da academia, local barulhento, sem possibilidade de troca de apartamento. O apartamento é velho, luz do hall piscante, não tem armário para pendurar roupas, água do banho demora 15 minutos para esquentar, quando esquenta fica apenas morna, trilho do box do banheiro completamente enferrujado, preço do serviço de quarto muito caro. Eu nem quis tomar café da manhã.

The propertyy was great. Communications with Roomo before arrival was poor. I was worried we would arrive and not be able to get in. I did not know there would be someone at the desk to check us in. I had the impression we would need a number code (which was promised but never was sent me) to get in to the building. This was not a good feeling. BUT once we arrived, all of my anxiety melted away. There was excellent staff to help us.
