la struttura molto bella, il panorama, il silenzio, la buona posizione per visitare anche i dintorni

la scortesia dello staff sicuramente al ristorante; il secondo giorno a colazione non c'era quasi nulla da mangiare alle 9 del mattino la cameriera che ci accoglieva alla colazione è stata molto rude nei modi e per nulla accogliente, ci siamo sentiti un disturbo e a tratti in soggezione, osservando anche le espressioni degli altri clienti e conforntandoci tra noi, la sensazione era condivisa. all'arrivo ci ha accolto in reception un signore molto poco gentile, quasi inquisitorio, con un modo molto poco disponibile di indicarci quali fossero i servizi e molto stitico di informazioni, quasi scocciato. Il bagno non ha avuto acqua calda in doccia la prima sera, in generale dal soffione c'era poca pressione

Manca manutenzione e pulizia profonda. Lo staff inadeguato a gestire la struttura, benché non ci fossero neanche molte prenotazioni. La cucina del ristorante è da 5.
