Great location, quiet but near to town. Good breakfast options, clean and comfy - super hosts.

Noisy seagulls,only to be expected in Llandudno!But cat in garden doing its best to scare them away!

A nice old Edwardian hse,only 5 Bedrooms,Quiet,lots of nice walks around great Orme and other.get to Conway easy on bus.loved it.all

Nothing,all good

Mark and Tina are very welcoming and have created a lovely b&b with lots of attention to detail. We had a very clean, comfortable and spacious bedroom and having a fridge on our floor was really useful as well. In nice weather it is very pleasant to sit in the garden at the front and at other times we enjoyed sitting in the conservatory or the lovely lounge.

Nothing not to like.

The location was very good with no parking issues.The accommodation was very clean throughout and very well furnished and decorated.The bay window 1st floor room in which we stayed was very spacious and well worth the small extra charge.The owners were very welcoming.The breakfast was very good with a good choice of alteratives.

Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit salad. Use of fridge on landing. Views of hill . Quietness of area and ease of parking. Room well decorated and very comfortable.

Due to recent fall I was unable to walk much. This meant that the guest house was too far for me from the main eating places and seashore
