"Great stay definitely returning"

Lovely clean and decorated nice thru out. The host Mark was very accommodating with good conversation. 10 out of 10 for the breakfast

It had scaffolding around it but that can’t be a negative as it shows that the owners are looking after the property and koi trip top.

Tina and Mark are some of the most kind, accommodating and professional hosts I have ever met. Nothing is too much trouble and they provide clean, comfortable and cosy rooms and a breakfast which is second to none; the full english is amazing and there was nothing more we could of asked for. This was our second stay at the Epperstone and we will certainly be back next time we visit Llandudno.

"Glad we found this place!"

The owner and his wife were really kind and friendly. It was out first time in a Bed and Breakfast place and they exceeded our expectation. The location was great plus they have a parking in the place. They have an amazing breakfast selection and service that we always looked forward to every morning we were there. We also love that the place is quiet and clean and we really had a comfortable stay.

The room would have been good under normal conditions. But the building was covered with scaffolding and they were having the roof done. It didn’t effect us too much but it would have been nice to have been told. Mark and Tina were good hosts and the breakfast was lovely with plenty to choose from.
