"Exceptional"

Walk in shower and off-road parking was a bonus. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. My first choice if I go back to Llandudno.

"Brilliant. Would go again."

Mark was an excellent host. Made us feel very welcome. Location was quiet but very near to everything we wanted. Breakfast was also excellent and Mark again was excellent with the breakfasts.

Lovely place! So comfortable, lovely hosts, generous delicious breakfast. The location is superb. Visiting daughter who lives locally. Ideal for exploring area. Mark was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable.

Exceptionally clean, homely with a lounge and conservatory and a little garden to sit in. Comfortable bed and a lovely spacious room also a fridge on the landing to cool your drinks or fresh milk etc, the breakfast was one of the best we have had also the choices you had all very fresh and good quality.

It was all just perfect.

Excellent breakfast, good choice and well cooked. Good location, easy walk to sea front and town centre. Room spacious and comfortable.
