Breakfast was very good and location is great. Only about a 5-10 min walk from all the food and shops in the city. The manager did an excellent job of accommodating me on what was a very chaotic trip due to transportation delays and some other difficulties. The staff is very kind and endearing, would highly recommend this location for a stay in Llandudno.

Mark and Tina create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and seem to have thought of everything to meet the needs of guests. All very pleasant and comfortable, and excellent breakfas. Much appreciated.

For a single room, it had all that i needed: comfy bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, hot drinks station and on suite

I required a single room to keep the cost down. They had one only available. Yes it was small, not tiny. If it was bigger it would have been made into a double. Well fitted out with everything I needed. Good food. Mike

Love this place. Every time we go to Llandudno we stay here. A short walk gets you to the beach. Breakfast is beautiful as well.
