We stayed for 1 night in the family room as was only one left. The decor was lovely. Nice little touches in room like cappucino sachet and little bathtub ornament for toiletries. Beautifully clean. Dianne is lovely and freindly. Like home from home. Sorry forgot her husbands name but we saw dianne more. Breakfast was lovely. Nice little stroll to cemtre and beach. Highly recommend

Diane was a gracious host. Nothing was too much trouble. If you needed anything she would sort you out. The hotel was in a quiet part of Colwyn Bay but everything is within walking distance. Will be recommending to friends.
Great little guest house in the middle of Colwyn Bay, close enough to shops and amenities (even with a local shop just opposite) but far enough for peace and quiet. Comfy room, nice thick carpets, including in the bathroom. Loads of breakfast options available, and the host, Diane, was very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had a comfortable stay. Somewhere we'd happily stay again. Thank you :)

A warm welcome from Diane immediately upon arrival. The room was clean, well stocked and in good order. I later found the bed to be comfortable and spacious (just me in huge bed). The house is well situated for the town and seafront. Breakfast choice was comprehensive and the full English was exactly that! I booked though Hotels.com and the rate was competitive. If I return to that part of the Wales, I know where my first choice of accommodation would be.

A lovely place to stay - there was a warm welcome from Diane, the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the home-cooked breakfast was delicious.
Stayed here many times when working in North Wales. The service at this place is good, Diane makes sure you ate made very welcome. Rooms are good and breakfast is excellent.
