Had a lovely stay, Diane was very welcoming to both me and my partner, breakfast was lovely, room was large enough. Only slight downsides were the spring mattress and the curtains didn't do much for the bright sun first thing in the morning, but definitely didn't dampen our experience. Had a great time, would highly recommend and would visit again if in the area!
Welcoming, attentive, friendly, comfortable, common areas welcoming and clean, room comfortable and well equipped, v good breakfast choice, v nicely cooked and presented. Location convenient for access to north Wales coast and country. Would return and recommend.

Bryn Coed Guest House Colwyn Bay is a very lovely guest house. Diane and her husband were so friendly and lovely. I found and appreciated every of their hospitality of the service. I also enjoyed the home breakfast so much then I thank Diane. Diane is so genuine, accommodating and patient that I would like to meet her over all the time. Nos of the pubs and bars can be found around the guest house (only short walks). There is the nice promenade in only a short walk distance. Town centre is quite close as in few minutes' walk. I would greatly recommend this lovely guest house.
