Lovely ensuite room. Street view. Location within short walk of Colwyn Bay town & beach but incline may be issue for some. Approx 2 mile walk along coast to Rhos on Sea. Friendly landlady. Good breakfast. Good price. Will return.

Very friendly host. I'd requested whether a vegan breakfast would be available, in the booking form, and she kindly phoned me soon after to discuss options. It was a lovely cooked breakfast. Location was great - very central and close to the train station. The only downside for me was the fact that there weren't any curtains, only very thin blinds which acted more like a privacy screen than blocking out any light, so I'd recommend taking an eye mask with you. I'll try to attach photos from 10pm and 6am to show what I mean.
I took my girlfriend here for 1 night as a birthday treat.Diane gave us a really warm and friendly welcome.Slept really well on the comfy bed.Breakfast was cooked perfectly.Very clean and a lovely quiet location.Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.From Steve and Lynn from manchester
Clean, comfortable, quiet. Comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. Considerate amenities and details. Everything you might need.
It was a pleasant experience.Didnt expect it to be this well maintained.Diane was very welcoming and sweet.My wife loved her warm approach. Its around 7 mins walk from the Colwyn Bay train station. Would recommend and surely come back if I’m coming back to North Wales
