Everything was perfect staff were fantastic nothing was to much trouble and very friendly

Having stayed here several times over the years, we were intrigued how things would be under new ownership…..it was wonderful! The ambiance, hospitality, food were as we remembered (and what kept us coming back). The recent refurbishment to the common areas was tasteful and in character. Yes, we will definitely be back, and can’t wait to see the bedroom upgrades.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the country with attractive grounds and a pond to cool your wagon wheels. We have no option but to travel with our dog, which obviously restricts our experience, but we were all made to feel most welcome, and very well catered for. Far from feeling isolated eating in the bar, a lovely table had been laid for us in a snug area, and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. The food was lovely, the staff were all kind, friendly and professional, and the new barman is a keeper. The bedroom and bathroom were huge, comfortable, and in keeping with a period property. We would love to come again, two nights were not enough.

We returned to this lovely old coaching inn for the first time in about 20 years, and it was very much the same. Elegantly and comfortably furnished, friendly staff, and an excellent restaurant, in a quiet rural location, not far from the Malvern hills. Our L-shaped room felt more like a suite, with a substantial sitting area (sofa and two chairs) and 3 windows looking out to trees and shrubs with blossom. Loved the birdsong, and we found wild orchids growing in the croquet lawn and surrounding fields.

We hope the owners will take care of the window frames outside, which need repainting.

Returned to this lovely old coaching inn after about 20 years and it's still very much the same, with an excellent restaurant and elegantly furnished rooms. We loved the views from our bedroom onto blossoming trees and shrubs with a glimpse of the Malvern hills, and wonderful birdsong. An added delight this time was discovering wild orchids growing in the croquet lawn.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room, restaurant and bar all clean and nicely decorated. All our meals were well presented and delicious. Well worth the visit and will certainly consider going back if we are in the area again. The only comment for the management would be that whilst our bathroom was clean the final sealant finish around the bath is way below the standard of the rest of the decorations throughout the hotel, surprised you passed it.

Even one star is too much. We as a family have endured the most appalling lunch at Corse Lawn - never again I have dined at Corse Lawn for at least forty years and have always enjoyed the welcoming experience and excellent food. Today was absolutely abysmal Cold, unappealing meals were served. Untrained serving staff, the chef should be sacked and the menu needs a rethink. Cutting costs maybe. Change of management is your big mistake Never ever again
