Room was nice cosy comfort , bathroom was squeaky clean they cleaned and changed toiletries everyday. Full English breakfast with bacon sausage fried eggs . My wife is veggie they provided mushrooms tomato they are so kind and helpful. Love to come back

Very welcoming; super-friendly hosts; great breakfast. Located in a small Cumbrian village a short drive from Keswick. Beautiful scenery ... great place to relax.

Everything about our stay was good. On arrival we were shown to a lovely twin bedded room, my daughter and I were both exhuasted after a very busy day. It was a relief to find a comfortable, clean, light room to relax in. The beds were very comfortable and we both had a wonderful night sleep. In the morning the breakfast was wonderful, with a selection of fruit, yogurts, cereal, fruit juices. Full English, plenty of toast and tea and coffee was served to table The owners were friendly and welcoming. Our second night was just as good. Another delicious breakfast. Wish we had booked longer, Maple Bank certainly compliments the Lake district.

The owners were an excellent couple who new their business, with a real feel for people. We had appalling weather but then its the lakes, and we enjoyed the experience enormously nevertheless. Keswick is a great centre for the Fells and Lakes and we made the most of it, The pubs were great as well.

Good B&B with caring owners. Clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. There is no guests lounge, but this is not a hotel. We were out in the evening anyway finding food and drink in the village. The off-road parking is very convenient and much appreciated after driving through Keswick in the evening with all the roads jammed with cars.

B & B staff was friendly and helpful in recommending and making dinner reservations. Breakfast was excellent and staff was very good about providing information about the area.

Our room was great and we loved the location away from town. Hiking in near by trails was a memorable experience.

Great hosts, good quality guest house accommodation, ideal location for a variety of walks, short drive to Keswick. We had good sized room on top floor of the building with ensuite shower room. No internet signal in our room although advertised to have complimentary service throughout the house, probably in need of a router booster. Very good breakfast. Well worth a stay

Stayed for 2 nights and it was great. The couple that own it are very welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommended!
