Good location clean and presentable hotel . We were on a cycling trip so bonus they had a lockable storage room. Although do let them know when you are booking that you have bikes.

Bath took ages to drain the water away.

Communication from the hotel was excellent, gave good clear instructions for self check in/out and parking and the information in the room was comprehensive. Fridge, microwave, kettle, china and cutlery all in room. We had separate suite accessible from pavement which was ideal for people not wanting to carry luggage up to upper floors. Great location next to beach and pier. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance

Felt uncomfortable with shutters open as sitting area was directly next to pavement but closing the shutters meant not being able to appreciate the sea view. For the price maybe the room was a little tired. Would be very easy to refresh.

It is in a great location. The Lighthouse Suite is very good value for money and really suited our group (3 adults). It is well equipped and we especially liked the plentiful supply of milk for tea and coffee which is so often overlooked in other hotels!

If you are not good with stairs it’s not for you! The rooms are a bit tired but sufficient.

Basically, I fell for the marketing. The rooms online were nothing like I was expecting and received. I've never opened a door of a hotel room, and felt so dissatisfied with what I saw. We paid a lot of money for a small room which was more like student digs. My husband said "Well the sea view was a waste of money". The bed was small and a bit uneven although we slept well. The bathroom was impressive at first sight but the shower was awkward to use as the handle was too stiff and the shower-head wasn't very well positioned.

A small room, with a riiculous kitchenette. There wouldn't be anywhere to eat anyway as no table and chairs. No bar or amenities and poor furniture. A depressing hotel and hardly a hotel. Just basic rooms.

Easy to check in and out, convenient location, lovely room and lovely accommodating staff.
