Excellent communication with the owners prior to staying. Whilst did not require the assistance of the reception staff ( due to key guard entry etc ) they were always very friendly. Room very clean with good amenities. Very good location.

“Being very picky” could have done with some washing up liquid (as we arrived back very late from a day out and got a Chinese takeaway ) to wash up the dishes

The room location and view from the room was enchanting. Was a bit concerned there was no bar or dining area. That would have been nice. But everything was available a couple of steps from the hotel, so it didn't really matter in the end. The staff were excellent and friendly. Loved staying there.

Felt it was a little pricey but when I think I had a high quality suite, common sense tells me don't moan about it.

The Sunrise Suite was fantastic - overlooking te beach and the pier and parking was easy. Good seclections of cafes, resturants and supermarkets. Smooth check in and check out and super helpful staff.

The information about the parking changes could have been clearer.
