The New Alexandra Hotel

Good value hotel.

No lift and being on the 5th floor!

The location was ideal for what I needed.

Was a tad grubby Inc hairs in the toilet and makeup on the pillows

The room was bright and large and would comfortably accommodate three people. The girl on reception was friendly and street parking available

My room was a good few flights up with no lift. The public area and parts of the room grubby. The mattress felt old and lumpy. Very loud plumbing when loo flushed.

Cheap beer.

No lift. Had to use stairs.

Location was perfect. Most places in Llandudno have a good location though

It was way too cold in the room. Could not change the temperature. Discussed with the man at check in to elongate the stay for a night. He said no worries we will do it the next morning. Next morning there was a lady that told me the would need a minimum stay of two nights…

Friendly team- room changed to a lower floor on request

Fantastic location, good views, clean room, good strong shower, excellent value for money, super lovely staff.

The mattress needs changing and very bobbly and a bit of a smell. Vent in shower not working.

The property was centrally located and the bed was very comfortable.

The property’s toilets were not cleaned properly and the heater was not at all working
