The New Alexandra Hotel

The room and staff were very good and location is excellent so that was fine the shower was great it just wasn't fun to carry suitcases up 5 floors for old people

The fact there is no lift nobody cleaned the room and no hairdryer that it says they have and not told it's in reception also I had accident so had to leave a day early but they didn't offer any rebate and the £12 a night for each dog i didn't have back which was paid separately

The view from the hotel was ok overlooking the Welsh mountains

The room was tidy but there was no heating at all in the room .there was one one radiator which was turned off at all times and when we asked at reception we was told it was on a timer but it still never come on at all and the room was cold at all times .there was insufficient tea making facilities ie tea bags. Apart from that the was worth what we paid.

Staff were very friendly...great location.

No car park, although there is lots of street parking available.
