Clean, modern, good size.

Back door rattled a little in the wind and you could hear the dog in the upstairs accommodation running around. Very small bath and shower either very cold or very hot.

The bed was very comfortable and the food was great

The secondary was part missing so did not help with road noise and the waste water flowed up through the shower drain when the toilet was flushed

Friendly, attentive staff. The rooms are newly and stylishly decorated. Very comfortable beds The upstairs restaurant is lovely and the food was delicious Right in the centre of Melbourne

My room was quite noisy in the evening but quietened down after 11pm. Woke up at 7am to a noisy beer delivery right outside my window.
