Breakfast was good and Wendy is a nice lady. Yes it could do with updating but it was clean and tidy and a good price so it was not an issue for us! Would stay again!

"Lovely owner."

Booked this hotel at the last minute so wasn’t really sure what to expect but was so glad that I booked here. The owner (sorry don’t know her name) was such a lovely lady. She was very kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Really impressed for the money we paid. Very warm welcome. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Easy check in and check out. ÂŁ5 parking permit available to park on the street per day - reasonable. Minimalist, but if the purpose of your hotel is for somewhere warm to sleep and get a good breakfast, this place is for you.

The bed and breakfast itself was in good location to the hoe and a short walk to the town centre. I think with regards to parking your car, it should be stated clearly on the details before you book that a ÂŁ5 parking ticket is available to guests rather than finding out afterwards that this is available once you have already paid out for the parking metre which is more expensive. The breakfast was good and couldn't fault it. Could have been better in terms of more fresh juice available. The furniture was quiet outdated and the twin room which consisted of two single beds were quiet uncomfortable to lay on. The door to the room was sometimes hard to open and you had to force it. Would definitely recommend looking around at different bed and breakfasts in the future , rather than just paying for a nights stay with the first one I see. Kelsey
