"Clean room lumpy matress "

Lovely land lady with a heart of gold. Excellent breakfast with a smile and plenty of choice and huge quantities. Room was dates but clean. Bathroom facility for my room was shared and down the length of a hall which included stairs so landing light was on all night. Flushing and showerinb reverberated pipes around the whole floor so noisy. Matress lumpy. Not a good sleep I'm afraid

Wendy made an excellent breakfast and the room was as expected. This BandB is excellent value. If you have a big case, try to get a ground floor room, because Wendy doesn't like big suitcases upstairs in case they damage the stair carpet.

"Bed for the night in Plymouth "

We arrived late and left just after breakfast so we cannot say a lot about the guest house but it was clean and comfy, Wendy is very pleasant and breakfast was yummy
