Great little place to stay with a lovely owner wendy

I stayed in a twin room with en-suite. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Wendy was welcoming and friendly. I didn’t take breakfast so cannot rate that. Would most definitely return, excellent value. Thank you Wendy!

Situated in close proximity to amenities, accommodation dated however homely and comfortable, great price for bed and breakfast. Wendy was a lovely host very welcoming. Overall no complaints

Beautiful lady wendy. made us feel so much at home. house was beautiful. our room was spotless .breakfast was lovely .gluten free bread for us intolerance. Fantastic location walk out the door turn left amazing restaurants on the sea front fab location

Wasnt what we were expecting, some off the photo's give the wrong impression as to what the property offers. However, Wendy was very friendly and the service was very good... The breakfast was absouletly superb. Its an easy walk to the Hoe, and the Barbican. Looking over Plymouth Sound as the sun rises, was a treat.. The Local Pub, West Hoe, was a delight.

An old fashioned guest house - just what we wanted. Wendy is a delightful hostess, loves to chat and cooks a marvelous breakfast.

Not impressed. Went down for breckfast only to hear the woman talking horrible things about me and my partner. Saying very transphobic comments about myself and the pride event we were going too to another guest which in my oppinion is very unprofessional. Didn't stay 2nd night as didn't feel welcome. Because of this I had to miss out on breckfast. Although the room was clean the beds were a bit dated and uncomfortable resulting in a fue hours sleep. Shower and toilet down corridor.. not attached.

This place was a fantastic location for every where . Very clean and comfy beds and amazing breakfast cooked by the host who was very welcoming and lovely will defiantly stay there again . Good value 👍
