Accommodated us with late check-in despite not receiving request from Booking.com. room was comfortable and spacious, good bed, pleased to have a bath in the en-suite. Good breakfast snd good value.

Booking.com message re our request for late check-in didn't reach the Inn.

Good booking in system and efficient , happy with the room, much nicer than my last stay

Breakfast not served until 9 am. I had to leave at 8am, I had a free breakfast as I am genius 3…. But no staff until 9am so try his was disappointing as I am sure there must be clients needing breakfast before 9am

Good parking and wonderful location in an attractive village gave us a good impression on our arrival. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was great and above our expectations, we weren't disturbed in any way during the night. Breakfast was excellent. We will be staying again!

"Dissapointing Experience"

Location very good Strong shower Plenty of towels Fridge with complimentary water and chocolate bars

No wine available apart from 2 opened bottles which the server sniffed before serving - not a great advert for the hotel / pub to have no wine at all - they found 2 opened bottles and charged full price Left outside the room because they had the wrong key - things go wrong but took way too long to sort V poor food - too salty chilli which looked more like reheated meatballs with pasta Extremely laboured check in then a £50 cover charge due to previous issues with other guests - the till was very slow and this took another 5 minutes to load Complicated entry / exit fobs

Friendly staff- Dale extremely helpful.. Comfortable. Home cooked, tasty food.

Stairs to room a bit of a challenge but to be expected in fabulous period property.
