Great pub. Rooms very comfortable and large, tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great location for walks along the seafront. Highly recommend

Our stay was great the property was clean , our room was lovely , staff were friendly and all the little extras were really appreciated..from the choice of bottled water in room ( still or sparkling ), milk in an individual bottle , teas , coffees & biscuits it was all perfect..

Good parking. All the staff are lovely. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Dinner and breakfast were very good. We appreciated the board games. The public areas are very comfortable.

Unfortunately, our bed was extremely uncomfortable. It sloped considerably on both sides and was exceptionally hard. Instant coffee at breakfast was disappointing though the lovely server did turn on the machine and make me a cup. Individual cafetières would be a far better choice. The bar closing at 10 was very strange!

Location great for our purposes that weekend. Although very little to do in Dymchurch itself. Room was lovely, bar really comfortable , staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and plenty of it. Cereal and cooked.

We had the family room at the top and it's really lovely, however bath.more for display, with shower head no curtains so have to sit in the bath but was still functional for a bath or shower. Very pretty room. The stairs are not for everyone though. Very narrow, 2 flights, no lift that I could see, not suitable for elderly or with mobility issues.

Well appointed clean room and a good breakfast, staff are friendly and helpful.

Stairs to upstairs rooms are very steep if you have mobility problems, though it didn’t affect us
