All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and had adequate WIFI connection. Would return.

I stayed for nine nights whilst I was visiting family in Delhi, so not a tourist visit.I chose this hotel because it was close to where my family were staying. I just wanted somewhere clean and comfortable with breakfast.It was very reasonably priced. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were very polite and did not ask for tips which made me feel more comfortable. The free newspaper gave me something to read over breakfast.The breakfast was good and made to order. I don't like spicy food and they were happy to make me plain omelette. The fresh fruit for breakfast was good, so was the toast.I didn't try the cereals.I didn't try the hot food apart from the baked beans as it looked spicy.The tea was good.I didn't use room service so can't comment on that.The reception staff were also helpful and polite.There were no problems with my booking with Expedia. I paid in English currency on line in England and there were no hidden extras on arrival.The air conditioning and fan worked well. The fridge was working but noisy at night so I had to turn it off at night.I took ear plugs as temperature was hot without the air con on which was handy and helped me to sleep. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I would go back to this hotel,

All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious each morning and we ordered dinner one night from room service and it was one of the best meals we had in Delhi. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Delhi.

Friendly, helpful, and very trustable hotel manager. Well decorated, cozy room, with nice hot shower. I was in New Delhi in the winter; they provider a heater as it was just a bit cold. That was unexpected, but very appreciated. Good breakfast. I strongly recommend staying there.

Really enjoyed the stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is close to metro which makes commuting very easy. Very happy with our stay here.

This place is great. Was very clean and the hospitality was amazing. Suresh was very kind and helped us alot. We even left our luggage when continuing the journey within India. This place might not seem to have the luxory bells and whistles but it just what we were looking for. Clean, friendly and perfect location. Just a short walk to the metro. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean,the only issue was with the wifi which had not good signal strength, rest the stay was pretty good.

People were good but the facilities are crammed, tired and inadequate, at least for a business traveller like me.
