Nice Hotel

We had a lovely experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the food was great and the staff service was even better. We will definitely go back!

i was staying at this hotel for the business trip and it was excellent with all good facilities. worth for the facilities and the money we pay. they accepted the early check in for us when we arrived from manali at around 9am in the morning.All is well and good hospitality, I would recommend for people to stay at Home @ F 37

I definitely liked staying at Home@F37, and I plan to stay there again. It is very reasonably priced, comfortable, the staff is super helpful, and the location (right around the corner from the purple line metro) is perfect. The only concern I had was the obnoxious smell of cigarette smoke in the room I was first given - however, after I complained I could immediately shift into a different room.

Very convenient to Kailash Colony metro station, nice breakfast.

This is a hidden jewel in South Delhi. I loved the location of this hotel...it is near many sightseeing landmarks and is right around the corner from the METRO (Kailash Colony station).

I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay. What it lacks in ornamentation and style it more than compensates for in courtesy, helpfulness, and, yes. Humour. Highly recommended for those who see virtue in simplicity.

While the hotel and its facility are good, the manager at the check in was extremely rude. the first interaction with the hotel therefore leaves you questioning your choice. the other staff in contrast is very polite

My husband and I only stayed one night. The only comment we could really make was that it was clean and functional. Presume would be better suited as a short stay rather than a long one.

This hotel is located in a nice area, within 3 minutes walk of the local metro station. As such, it was a great base for excursions around Delhi. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. In fact, they put me up in a different hotel for the first night and paid for a driver to collect me from the airport because they realised that a wedding party that was staying in the hotel was being quite noisy. Having spent 18 hours travelling to Delhi a night without sleep in a loud hotel would have been terrible so the unsolicited efforts to maximise my comfort were greatly appreciated. The condition and quality of the room and hotel are frankly unparalleled at this price point, with the room having both an AC unit and an overhead fan. I had been contemplating staying in a Paharganj hotel but after reading reviews on the area generally I felt more comfortable staying further out in Kailash Colony. It was also a nice touch that every day a new bottle of mineral water per person was given to us along with a newspaper. Finally, breakfast was superb and the breakfast staff very friendly; it is both a testament to them and shameful to myself that they quickly worked out what my "usual" was for breakfast!!
