It is a nice cosy place to stay. Location wise not very far from metro station and main road. Easy to locate if you are new in delhi. Hotel is tastefully done and rooms are nice. I faced 2 problems- Bed is too light in weight so it moves every time you get up or sit on it. Secondly if you are ordering food, don't try fancy stuffs mentioned in the menu, stick to the indian meal. I ordered Pasta and chinese, both were horrible. Though they gave decent breakfast.

Hospitality was good. fantastic staff....would only suggest the hotel guys to have more variety in the buffet breakfast ........

I was in Delhi for a conference and stayed at Home@F37 for 5 days. The best thing about this hotel is its location. The metro station is only a few feet away. The only downside I felt was the food menu had very less options and the quality of food was not that great. But if u want just a good place to stay(and eat outside) then I would definitely recommend Home@F37.

I stayed 4 nights at F37. The drive from the airport was 45 minutes and the driver knew the location. I saw that the Metro was very close to the hotel but never used it. Overall the property is nice, clean rooms and very hospitable. Mr. Peswani and Mr. Dilip needs special mention for their courteousness. The entire staff were very friendly and had a good attitude. Rooms were quite modern and the bathroom was fitted with western amenities. The hot water from the geyser lacked flow pressure and long showers drained the geyser fast. Remember to take short fast showers if you need constant hot water. Good wifi and an okay breakfast. The elevator needs an upgrade and is too small but served the purpose for those in the 3rd floor. The only negative was that my iphone charger went missing the day before my departure from the room. I am still in contact with Mr. Peswani to see if it can be recovered from the housekeeping folks but am yet to get a positive feedback on this matter. Overall it was a good stay and I will recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed for 3 nights at this place and loved it. The location is good, near the metro which was across the road, but still quiet enough to give me a good night's sleep. The place is safe, well taken care of. The room is spacious and clean. Will definately stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.
