The hotel is conveniently located near railway station and to edge of village centre. Hotel and room are looking a bit tired but clean and overall comfortable. Restaurant was great with nice staff and comparatively reasonably priced menu.
A great balance between comfort and value in the expensive resort of Wengen. Lovely view from our balcony!

No private bathrooms for all rooms
Bang for the buck it’s a good value. Nothing fancy, just the essentials and basics done well. The location and convenience of having a restaurant at the hotel is great. Since there are no elevators, I don’t recommend it to older folks with physical restrictions and lots of luggage.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They are very welcoming with our dog, and even the restaurant allowed her in, and provided her with a bowl of water. Although it’s quite dated in terms of decor, it’s quirky and unique, and great value for money (in Wengen). It’s in an amazing location, within really short walking distance to everything, and we’d stay again. Thanks for a fab stay.
The hotel is at a very convenient area! Only a couple of walking minutes from the metro.
