Definitely no 5 star facilities, very old rooms, dusty. Staff got dinner and breakfast meals wrong.

"Great, we'll be back next year."

We were attending the Bristol Classic Motorcycle Show at the Bath and West Showground, Crossways is conveniently located for this and we've stayed there for the last few years. The rooms are excellent as is the restaurant and bar.

Breakfast at the weekend could be a little earlier.

There was a fire alarm at 4:30 am . There wasnโ€™t any staff on the property and there were no apologies for the incident .

The food is wonderful, dinner was delicious and great portion sizes. A lovely choice on the menu too. Breakfast is a little smaller in choice but still absolutely plenty to choose from. I loved the egg and soldiers.

The breakfast was ok came free with out stay wouldn't of liked to of payed the asking price of ยฃ16 tho
