Sleep Inn & Suites Lubbock West

Bathroom didn’t work AC didn’t work changed rooms AC still didn’t work checked out asap and they refused to refund my money.

Check in was easy. Room was clean. The elevator was dirty and smelled bad-needs a good deep clean. Carpet in hallways is worn and dirty.

The breakfast offered milk that had to be poured into small plastic cups, and cereal. The fruit, apples, and oranges, were warm, mushy and not soemthing that I would present at breakfast for my family.

my room smelled like cigarettes and mold, and the floor next to the bed , around the air conditioner was wet. the television worked but had no remote, I had to get out of bed, put on my shoes so my feet would not get wet and unplug the cable from the digital box in order to turn the television off. i did that after the desk clerk came to my room and instead of bringing me a remote or fixing my tv controls, the desk clerk just unplugged the cable and looked at me as if I was not a smart person becuase I could not figure that out myself. The air conditioner was great for about 20 minutes , it blew out cold air , and then after 20 mins or so it began to blow out hot air. I had to check to see if I had turned the heater on by accident , i did not. i asked for another room and was told there were no rooms available. I went to booking.com and showed them that it showed they had two rooms left. The clerk told me those rooms were not same price as my kings sized room so I could not change to that room. I have never been in a hotel so disorganized and not willing to work with the customer to make things right. The vibe given to me was, we have your money, deal with it or leave. i was stuck there two nights and never had a house keeper come to my room at all. I had one towel and one hand cloth in the room and when I asked for another towel I was told it wouuld cost me 3.95, because they only change towels every three days. The floor had black hair, my hair is blond, it was gross and I would adivise to just sleep in your car if that is the only option, it would be cleaner and at least you could actually turn the radio off when you wnated to go to sleep.

It was definitely one to remember

Breakfast was good. Carpet in hallway frayed and ripped.

As always it's very quiet peaceful the parking is great the food is fantastic the staff is above average way above

Good value for money

The facility needs repair. Carpets were stained. I moved a fabric chair in the room and cockroaches were in it. No alarm clock.

It was a nuce stay, but it didn't have many trash cans. And we were sad that the pool was closed for cleaning. We liked that it was close to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints Lubbock Temple.

It could use more garbages in the room. The staff were really helpful. And we lived that it was clise to the Lubbock Texas Temple.
