I had 2 different rooms and the restroom in both rooms the vent didn’t work so it was hot when we showered. The bath towels in the first room were dirty and the restroom sink would just basically drip water to wash your face and teeth. The shower curtain had mold all over the bottom. The second room restroom was more decent except the vent not working. I forgot to mention this places doesn’t have any wash cloths but good thing I always bring mine. Both beds had holes in the covers you can tell they were super old and one of the beds had some food stuck to she sheets and had hair all over. You can tell that housekeeping just picks up the rooms and doesn’t clean it or wash the sheets . The hotel lobby and hallways were super hot.

The hotel was not clean at all ! The carpet in the hall ways was disgusting ! Over filled trash cans in and on the property. The room was dirty, the restroom wasn’t cleaned and had dirty was rags in it. Highly don’t recommend

I liked the breakfast, the staff was nice, and the rooms were clean! Alot of stuff was broken like the air conditioner, the locks on the doors and the key machine doesnt code the keys correctly! I had to go back 4 times to get my key working and the lobby carpet and chairs were filthy

The front office service was bad and the rooms were dirty. TV didn't work and they didn't want to give us more towels. We stayed 3 days. Never aging will we atay there

The TV in room 307 did not work. We called to let the front office know and we were moved to 318. The TV there did not work either. We called to let the front desk know know they just blew us off they did nothing about it. The bathroom needed cleaning and the top blankets had stains. We asked for more clean towels since we stayed 3 nights they told my husband they didn't have any. He asked if he could wait a few more hours to come ask again maybe they were washing and the front Indian lady told him no, they weren't going to have any. The staff isn't friendly at all. The cleaning staff really needs to keep up with these rooms. I think they just fix the beds back up maybe throw a clean sheet and pillow cases, and restrooms probably just get wiped down. I never saw a mop bucket to mop restroom floors. This hotel doesn't live up to its motto. It was a very disappointing stay.

Slamming in room above us from 1am-3am. Shady area. Staff was friendly though.

The receptionist was very friendly and supportive. Our room did, however, have mold in the shower. Otherwise, the room was very cozy and worth the price.

The check-in staff was nice and very polite.

The room temp was too high even with the a/c on. There was a leak in the shower, the sink in the bathroom didn't drain. The carpet was dirty. I asked for another room and was graciously given a new room which was so much better. Also I asked for a jacuzzi tub which is advertised in several websites. When I called the staff person was super rude and said that they dont manage the websites and would need to contact booking.com. Also stated I could not talk to the manager.
