Dirty room Stained furniture Lights flickering Very outdated rooms Hallway carpets torn and dirty Elevator dirty Good customer service

Front desk was very helpful, and came up to our room to fix TV.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn’t like that the wifi kept going out and had to constantly reconnect

Couldn’t shower because they had maintenance issues and the lady was rude

It wasn’t very clean. Outward it was okay but when you looked close not very clean.

I first want to say the staff were very friendly and accommodating in a difficult situation that the hotel had with the water issues. However, it seemed to me that there should have been some type of financial credit/consideration given to those who in the middle of their evening found themselves having to come to the hotel, pack up and literally move to the other side of town. We had chose that location because of the proximity to where we were moving our daughter to in Lubbock from Abilene. The move across town was inconvenient and it seems that just to have the hotel make other arrangements certainly wasn't enough for the inconvenience in time and location. Also, there was urine on the toilet seat upon checkin
