There was a problem during the check-in process, but I only wanted to find out that there was a problem with customer reservation, and I personally asked Booking to find out that there was a technical problem It wasn't good to talk about the extra charge only, and the key was uncomfortable because the room key was a card, and there was too much dust in the room, so I coughed a bit And in my family, I was going to talk about cockroaches from a female hot spring, but I didn't because I was checking out in a day I don't want to recommend it to my acquaintances because I think it's not right while receiving hot spring tax

ご飯がすごく美味しい

空いてあったこともあって安くてグレードの高い部屋に変えてくれた。広々として家族5人で来てても閉塞感がなかった。大浴場ものんびり入ることができたし部屋にあるお風呂も広くて良かった。

大浴場にサウナがあればもっと良かった。

スタッフ対応もお部屋も施設も満足出来ました。

食事の出し方がセット的な感じがしてホテルのイメージと不釣り合いだった。 朝食はバイキングでも良かったのでは。

朝食が美味しかったです。私も妻も思っていた以上にバリエーションがあったことに驚きました。 小学生・幼児のメニューにおいてはお気に入りでした。 今度は夜食を含め予約入れたいと思います。

写真の大浴場の写りが良くて思っていた通りでしたが、別府ということで温泉を楽しみにしており硫黄の匂いを楽しみにしてましたが消毒のせいか塩素の匂いがキツく温泉のイメージにおいては残念でした。

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was specious and had a nice viewer over the mountains. Tje onseen/spa was very beautiful and well equipped with products of high-quality. The scuttlebus was a great and important service since the hotel is located abot far away from the central parts of Beppu.

Unfortunatly the pool was closed, during our stay since it was only available during weekends in July. In our case it was unfortunate, because we had booked this hotel because it had a pool. The Onseen/spa was very nice, beautiful and well equiped. The bathroom was abit damp warn down.
