Resorpia Beppu

Very nice room! Spacious enough for four people. Agreeable and welcoming personel. Very nice onsen. Practical with shuttle to the city centre in the morning. Not too far from the nearest bus stop, but the last bus is at 18.20 from Beppu station. But there is a bus stop about 9 minutes away, that is serviced a little later.

It is too far from the city centre for our liking, it made us miss out too much of the possibilities of Beppu. We chose the hotel, despite the distance to the city, because we wanted a few days by the pool, but there was no information on Booking.com about the fact that the pool is only open a few hours and only in the the weekend. 14-17 on Saturday + 9-11 and 14-17 on Sundays. In addition the pool was filled to the brim with little children and their parents, and the water level was pretty low, so in the end it felt too awkward, so we didn't use it. No chairs or sunbeds by the pool either, so it is not a place for that kind of holiday.

さほど快適性に問題はなかったのですがエアコンが全く作動してなかった気がします。電源は入りますがエアーがでてなかったです。フロントに問い合わせはしてないので真偽は不明です。

Good hotel with public bath. Great location at the base of beppu ropeway.
