"Good stay"

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The breakfast was excellent - pretty to the eyes and tasty to the mouth. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The bathroom. For a room that is so spacious, the bathroom is just a cubicle. Bath tub is tiny, bathroom sink was old/stained and there just wasn't room to move

"Affordable family stay"

Free parking. Indoor and outdoor onsen. Great view of the town.

Room was a little narrow for a family of 4. Toilet was really small too. Room looks abit worn out.

Stayed at Resorpia at Hakone before, it was nice and same for this at Beppu. Nice onsen experience and hotel wasn’t too noisy and provides very nice ambience.

Probably can provide a few more washing machines and dryers for guests.

"Great room with nice view."

Room had a very nice view of the city and "steaming" mountains and the room was quite large.
