Central location in Zermatt.

Ample space, clever layout, clean but above all the staff service level and communication right from the time of booking. All questions were responded to, and always with kindness and courtesy. They came to our rescue yesterday almost immediately when the floods came and we had to be moved to another of their amazing apts (definitely a few levels up from what we booked originally). They were very gracious in supporting an extra day of stay since we were stranded. Ecaterina and Bronagh were always responsive and helped us in a very tough situation - staff even came and helped us bring our luggage when moving to the next apt. And they were so polite white waiting for us to pack etc.

We stayed in 2 apts - one was close to the stream (but was transformed into a raging river soon enough). Even in normal weather, the rolling flow of water can disturb a light sleeper. The other luxury apt was beautiful - 1 / 2 fittings were not functioning well (but having said that the team was very responsive in addressing them).

The apartments were clean, fresh and cozy. Great balcony with view of Matterhorn. Main Zermatt within 5 min walk :) We thought apartment was great.

very convenient location in Zermatt, the laundry was a plus (takes Swiss Francs), and the elevator made it easier to access.
