Tune Hotel - Waterfront Kuching

I choose Tune Hotel because of the their location and the room. 2nd time staying with Tune Hotel and it’s been overwhelm because of their services. Even though hotel don’t have F&B, their receptionist was kind enough to explain the nearest restaurant and also the nearest laundry self service. The room was good and comfy but if they can provide more pillow in the room, it’ll be more great. You can request for extra pillow from the counter or housekeeping though without any charges. For check in and check out process, it was smooth. Also housekeeping service was okay (you need to inform counter if you want to clean up your room). Overall, this hotel is okay for solo and couple because their room is quite small. Will absolutely staying here again.

Walkable distance to many places of interest, the room is clean & comfortable. The only let down is the hotel don’t provide cashless transactions option

Brilliant experience staying with Tune Hotel. No worries about going to famous attractions because hotel location is middle of the town. Restaurant, convenience store just a fews minutes from hotel. Great staffs especially front desk and housekeeper. The manager even offer a great rate if we come and stay again with them. Absolutely will stay again at Tune Hotel! Overall very satisfied with it and more importantly is, its WORTH the money.

Great experience stay with Tune Hotel. The location is very strategic (in with town attractions) and service was very good. Book a room without window but encouraged by the manager to upgrade to the room with waterfront view (the upgrade was worth the money). The amenities inside the room was good (an extra amenities such as toothbrush would be nice if to be provided). Overall, excellent experience. Obviously will stay here again.

Good stay here. Good price and good hotel too. Maybe u might have provide some toothbrush and paste to customer. But overall its very clean and comfort to stay here for three night. And the location is also near to everywhere. Recommended for this hotel.

everything was good...suitable for short trip or only to sleep..check in and check out process very smooth... easy to get grab car...walking distance to waterfront...will repeat for staying here for my next short trip..

close to riverfront, worth the money

I stayed in two different single rooms here during my stay in Kuching, sandwiched in between was my trip to Bako. The rooms here are a crapshoot. One had a safe the other didn’t. Regardless, the safe did not work. One had decent hot water, the other took a long time to warm up. Both had large window but can only open 6 inches no mesh guard. Aircon weak but small room so it does its job, television did not work in one of the rooms. There were stains on bed sheets but bed comfortable. Rooms show age. Reception helpful though deadpan, common in Malaysia. Great location by the waterfront. Poor sound proofing can hear hallway noise. No kettle something expected in se Asia. Cheap and affordable.
