Excellent value. Rooms small but clean and well provided.. staff very helpful and friendly.

1. The Front Desk Staff was not helpful at all. I believed that its time to chance shift so he is in a harry to go just answer cannot, cannot and cannot. Not even a suggestion but just point to the computer next to the counter and ask you to do the booking yourself. So I asked can you help me as I am not use to using this computer - he did not answer me but walk into the inner office. 2. The room 206 has a lamp at the side wall hanging side way about to drop off. 3. First day no soap, only second when they clean the room then we received soap.

Ok for the price paid . No complaints

I booked this room long time ago.. unfortunately I have family day on the same day organise by my department. So, unable to go to Kuching. I called the hotel to change the date but can't. So, I lost my money.. for sure I can't refund it. This the very bad experience I get from Expedia. Tq

Lobby abit noisy with other visitor's from Mauritius island. Breakfast average.

Website/management Poor, slow and not responsive specially on change of date and room booking.
