Hot water and internet was coming in and out all time . Shower head was not working properly , no air conditioning. There was a gap on the door on the shower

La habitación es muy coqueta, pero... No funciona el internet, no sirve el aire acondicionado, se ve sucio, además de que el hotel comparte espacio con un café y no hay siempre quien te atienda si tienes algún problema con el hospedaje. Costo beneficio muy alto.

Unique style with comfortable affordable rooms. Perfect location off of popular street and attractions.

Property may be a bit noisy due to its popularity, but location of rooms manage to dampen noise so as not to be too inconvenient.

It was in a good location. A lot of attractions were walking distance. The restaurant Chai was good.

All of the hotel noise can be heard in the room. You could hear the staff singing early in the morning to guests dining until 11 which is closing. Throughout the night you will hear a very loud blind pedestrian crosswalk chirp.

The Del Carmen is great facility with very helpful staff, beautiful comfortable rooms, and a good location. I would highly recommend the “chia” restaurant for its food, service, community vibe and its manager Morris (sp?). The only con was that the front desk does not appear to be 24 / 7 and we arrived late, due to a delayed flight.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was good, excellent coffee. The beds were comfy, the rooms clean. Nice location near the University and the Historic District. Easy to get places. Nearby restaurants were great

The elevator didn't work, no problem, except the stairs and hallway were really dark. The front desk was not always helpful, sometimes even surly. The concierge was non-existent. Rooms were smaller than expected. No way to heat water, such as coffeemaker.

The room was nice and tidy, very clean. The hotel is in at an excellent location in the centro within walking distance to nice restaurants and the main sights.

We stayed Friday to Sunday and our hotel room was extremely noisy. We live in a city normally so are used to street noise. However, there is a restaurant underneath (with no seperation between the hallway and the guest rooms) which made it impossible to sleep in. Also there was noise until midnight. This is not a hotel you should choose if you want to relax in the room a bit or a light sleeper, but ok if you are out and about until late. Personally, I didn't feel very welcome either. The Restaurant seems more important to this business.
