"Joyfull and delightful stay full of joy and interest."

The breakfast was very special as w were all other meals. We particularly liked the house garden and surrounding country. The staff are very special and deliver a wonderful service. So very kind to all.

"Charming hotel in a beautiful rural setting"

We arrived directly from our flight and this hotel could not have been a better place to relax. It's like staying in a country house not a hotel: staff are warm and efficient. It's comfortable and stylish, not chi-chi glamorous and the food is fantastic. It's my kind of hotel!

I liked everything. Google Maps doesn't know where it is, so pay attention to the hotel's directions.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Such attention to detail throughout. The reserve is beautiful. Staff terrific. Room wonderful. Didn’t want to leave.

"Most relaxing rural retreat"

A relaxing rural retreat in a Victorian farmhouse with attentive staff, excellent food and located in the most wonderful setting with plenty of birding and wildlife opportunity. We enjoyed cycling around the working farm and the special nature reserve Ensure that you have clear instructions to find the farmhouse (don't rely upon Google Maps - as we tried to do!).

A fantastic, relaxing stay. Next time I will be staying for longer! The drives were so interesting with birds of prey and we saw a caracal!! A wonderful team who really make you feel at home.
