Harbourside Terraces

the location was great and easy to walk to all eating establishments and the bed was comfortable and there was enough room to relax and the bathroom was good except for a bit of maintenance.

more utensils and crockery,needs more maintenance in toilet ie. toilet roll holder broken,stove light and clock flickered on and off all night and made a clicking sound which cold not be stopped,stairwell carpet was not clean and under bed was filthy and light over bed has a bath towel shoved in it.

Delayed check in , from about 2 hrs. Property wasn’t cleaned upon arrival . No mugs or cups at premises . No complete cutlery sets , only knifes.

Comfy bed, good shower.

We were moved to a different property and were only advised when we enquired about check in process. Received a call at around 6pm asking where we were yet we'd checked in around 3 hrs earlier. Property we stayed at was right at Wickham transport interchange, it was noisy and no double glazing on windows. Heard public transport and people on street all night. Dead fly in cupboard where crockery was and a small cockroach ran across cooktop. Facilities were new and good, bed was comfy and bathroom was nice and clean, good shower.

The location was wonderful. The apartment was great. The bathroom was EVERYTHING!! I want to design my bathroom after this one!

I was told an hour before picking up the keys that I had to walk 1.5kms to pick up the key from the Chifley appartments, walked there, asked they man behind the counter if I was at the Chifley desk, he said this is the executive appartments, so I said “oh I’m looking for the Chifley apparentments desk, so you know where it is?”, he just stared at me and said I can help you…🤨 Got they keys and the crazy instructions then had to walk back 1.5kms. Then I had to do it all again to drop off the keys. I won’t stay there again. Why not just have the keys in a lock box at the building? Also there was no air flow in the bedroom and the station lights are so bright, I had to prop the pillows against the window to keep the lights out.

Unit was good.

My original unit that I booked was changed to another less desirable location without notifying me.

nice and close to public transport

I was given a completely different apartment nearly 1kn away from this one that I booked. Provided a number of sms through the day for 2 different hotels. Had to drive a distance away from accommodation just to pick up keys. When trying to speak to staff about the issue to resolve, were dismissive, rude and unprofessional.

The location was great, but no water views as the apartment faces the back street with an unfortunate view of the rubbish bins. The apartment needs some repairs such as a dangerous power point in the kitchen, a missing lamp shade, faulty clock radio and dodgy toilet roll holder and no sink plug. The place could do with a good clean too. Other than that, it was ok.
