Well appointed. Good position. Lock up garage

Lack of shelving in bathroom. Limited Wifi download.

The location as only walking distance from the centre of town.

There is absolutely no value for the amount you pay per night. There were so many issues.. some were hygiene issues including soap bars in the shower with black hair all over them. A downlight was missing with a towel shoved in its place above the bed. Its the middle of winter and 2 of the windows don’t even close, we froze. The bed has stains and 2 single beds on wheels pushed together on floorboards isn’t the brightest idea as the bed just kept on moving and dividing throughout the night. The garage light is faulty and it was pitch black. I will not be staying again at this property nor would I recommend to anyone else.

The room was clean

I booked this room thinking as it says on the page that I was booking at the harbour side terraces. To end up right next to train station in a room that took me half and hr to find. If I had knew that I wasn't getting the room at the harbour side terraces I wouldn't of went ahead with booking. I rang reception extremely distressed and upset at the whole situation for them to studder and not be able to give any support and then hung up on me. Im extremely disappointed how it is advertised one place but is really another

Nice newish bathroom and bedroom and the area was awsome should of brought my fishing rods mabe stayed an extra day
