Clean, tidy, comfy, good location

Kitchen sink tap was broken, I was dressed ready to go out with hair and makeup done, I went to get a glass of water and the water sprayed all over my head, face and clothes. Also, no ice facilities, dishes in cupboard were greasy/grubby.

Garage door wouldn't close/lock which was disconcerting. Felt like I was getting bitten by something in the bed. Flyscreen in bathroom was broken which meant there were some bugs in the room.

Parking . Garage was smallish and we have a large car. Parked it at end of lane in car park and had tyre slashed😂

The unit itself was ok but very noisy and too much light peeking through the blinds

The instructions did not match the how to get in the building. It said use a white swipe card, there was no white swipe card but figured out it was the black remote. Instructions said go up turn right up next ramp to parking spot , WRONG, lucky a tenant showed us where the parking spot was. The pictures of the building didn't match the building. Details said harbour side terraces but it was at Eaton apartments, also the address on the website didn't at anytime say 15 Wickham Street.

The bed was covered in bed bugs and was honestly disgusting to look at.

I had to call 3 times before I received the code to get in the door. The last time while I was sitting at the front door
