Nice room and cleanliness

Access is poor, parking is not suitable for big vehicles, key location was poor

Stairs needed vacuuming, no broom or dustpan for use, no plug in the kitchen to wash up otherwise as described and very comfortable. We were sent a text message to pick up the keys from Chifley building for the Eaton apartments so we went and explained that was not where we booked. The worker argued the two properties were on the same site & were exactly the same. I stood my ground & said we had booked the Harbourside apartments & so he changed the booking & said he would send us the lockbox number. Just thought booking.com should know of this problem so others don’t try & change the original bookings.

Unfortunately on arrival the Property had not been serviced. Bed unmade, dirty towels on the floor. Housekeeper not available.

Clean and modern

FAKE LOCATION!! The location listed is not for this property. It was in the city, not on the waterfront as advertised!!

Location

Two brown stains on bed sheet that appeared to be faeces. Bed was made but the sheets not clean. Disgusting. Bedroom window could not be locked as locking missing and window kept opening. Light above bed kept flickering. One PowerPoint in kitchen broken. Hair dryer in bathroom that had been stuck to wall using double sided tape fell off wall

Toilet did not had any exhaust fan. Very low stock of cutlery items, Chris, plates and utensils. Garage side door to house lock was faulty and could just keep the door closed leaving not feeling secure.

The apartment was nice

I was told to pick up keys 20 min walk from room location, even though booking said door code, then they sent me to the wrong location, and on the second day someone entered the apartment, left couch dirty and changed aircon settings and left door open, but did not make the bed. I have not yet received a reply to my complaint or the tax invoice that i requested on day one.
