Le personnel tres gentil au restaurant mais choix des produits tres reduit

J ai appele anvant de venir au minimul 8 fois l hôtel pour m assurer qu ils vont assurer le pick up a l aeroport et meme reponses ne quitez pas ne quitez pas pendant mes mininutes et minutes. J ai bien precise l heure d'arriver a l aeroport par email aussi. Mais personne n est venu me chercher le 1 mai a l aeroport a 21H. C est inaccpetable de traiter comme cela les clients! Et quand je suis finalement arrive a l hotel a 23H la seule explication qu on m'a donne a la reception : ce n est pas moi.
