Super friendly staff and a comfortable bed, highly recommended!

Great sunsets

Old, dilapidated. gym was new and great view but does not have water, towels or wifi

During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful.

The pool was often closed to guests

L’ entretien et la piscine qui n’était jamais remplie

J'ai surtout apprécié la disponibilité et l'amabilité du personnel pour résoudre les problèmes. La salle de sport est bien équipée.

Le telephone qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre (une heure pour changer le câble), la très mauvaise connection wifi notamment dans la chambre, la grande vétusté des locaux, la piscine pas nettoyée.

Relatively good hotel in Moroni.

Wifi is available but very weak in the. room. No water in swimming pool.
