"Comfortable scenic beautiful accommodation"

Fantastic location fabulous view of the Bay and just a short walk down to the centre where there are plenty of Restaurants Julie welcomed us on arrival and Karen hosted us at Breakfast which was very good

Wow. What a lovely spot. Hard to imagine there could be a better place to stay in Kaikōura. A perfect location walkable to lots of shopping, dining, and the beach and with gorgeous views from the rooms and the outdoor spaces on the property. Room was very clean, well equipped and spacious. Breakfast was included and was generous and tasty. Hostess had helpful suggestions for our stay. Highly recommend.

"An excellent stay"

We had an excellent stay at Bendamere House in March 2025. The setting is fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a fridge. A washing machine and dryer can be used for a nominal charge. There was a good breakfast. There is ample parking space.

"Comfortable Accommodation with a Great View"

This B&B is located above the main town and the gardens look out over the bay. That view, on a sunny day, is wonderful. It is possible to walk down into the town, or to the train station, where the whale watching tours depart from. However, their is ample parking at the station and in town, so on rainy days you can take the car. Rooms here are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are generous and served at a communal table. Highly recommended.
