Great location, very large clean room, nice facilities and our host Julie was fabulous

All good really

The owner is like your best aunt. While having breakfast you get to know her and her family as well as everyone else staying there. The view from the apartment is stunning. Everything is well kept and maintained

As it’s often in Nee Zealand the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbour on top of your apartment shuffling around in the middle of the night

Breakfast was good and the views were the best ever

The only reason we mentioned the facilities were not excellent, as there was very little hanging space for clothes.

Loved everything about Bendamere. Beautiful view (and amazing sunrise), the room was newly finished when we stayed and was very comfortable and well equipped. Good breakfast and great hosts. We accidentally left a coat and Julie went above and beyond to return it to us. Arrived before check in time after quite a long drive and could check in early. Highly recommend and hope to return one day!

Everything was great

We loved the fact we could watch the amazing sunrise this morning from our room. The breakfast was great and so was the company at breakfast, the other guests.

My wife and I booked this on a whim based on the reviews in Tripadvisor and we were not disappointed. We stayed in the Hamptons which was on the ground floor which faced the garden with views out to the sea and the mountains. Great room which consisted of a king size bed and a single bed as well. Nice facilities to use with a small nook for making coffee and tea. Breakfast was a nice affair. Don't pass on Julie's ham and cheese croissant as this was delicious. It was nice to talk to Julie and Kerry as we could appreciate their love for their family, Kaikoura, their property and Kerry's love for fishing.
