Having a kitchen was great

The pans in the kitchen were very old and rusty.

Extremely close to train station and town centre. Extremely clean and quiet. Large rooms. Attentive staff.

Bed was hard for me, but that was my personal preference. Management were very quick to provide an extra duvet for me to lie on to make me more comfortable.

Lovely light room and bathroom and comfortable bed.

Room was lovely, well decorated clean and comfortable. The location was great and if some of the hopefully rare disappointment did not occur then I'd definitely recommend this room.

I got a message to say the lock was broken so the door would be left open and it wasn't. I tried contacting the organiser via two different telephone numbers and neither worked. I was just about to leave at 11pm to journey elsewhere in the hope of finding somewhere else to stay when my partner tried the door again by pushing it very hard and it opened. Very lucky, but very stressful. I said these comments in an email but got no response, if I had I may not have left this publicly. Also, I was going to a wedding and there was no iron to iron my shirt.

Large spacious room, very comfortable bed and an excellent shower.

Lacked 2 seats in the bedroom to have a cuppa, only 1 chair is provided. No hairdryer. The heating in bedroom didn't come on so it was cold in the night / morning, single glazed windows drew in the cold from outside only bathroom towel rail worked so bathroom was warm. With a few tweaks this room good be excellent.

Centrally located and quiet. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
