The Staff was friendly and really helpful

Location , service and easy to find

The room was spacious and the beds were confortable. They were very nice to give us an early breakfast when we had to leave earlier. The hotel is very close to the Plaza de Armas and thus well located! The staff was very nice

We found two lemons under one of the beds (weird, but True). Sometimes, there was a lot of noise by other guests and the shower water was sometimes cold, although that was quickly fixed by the hotel staff.

location was good. staff were super helpful, needed Google translate though as their English was not so good

cold shower in the mornings. we stayed one night before Lake Titicaca trio and one night when we returned. both times we had no hot water in the morning so had cold shower both times

Very friendly and helpful staff - however no English spoken so practise your Spanish! Excellent location close to everything centrally in Puno Quiet during the night - no street noise WiFi is good Value for money

It’s hard to ‘dislike’ anything as you essentially get what you pay for however: Breakfast could definitely be improved it’s really basic with little variety Rooms and general decor is a bit old fashioned - could do with an update to make it a bit brighter as rooms quite dark.

Friendly staff, helped us make tea when we were tired! Catered for all needs. Good breakfast with fresh fruit.

Both ladies at the hotel really did their best, they gave us a room at 5am and helped us with taxi and breakfast at esrly hours.

A bit cold, but there was a heater at the room which helped. One would be welcome at the bathroom.

The hotel is a few minutes walking to the main square. The rooms are spacious and clean.

It was extremely cold in the rooms,although there were a few blankets on each bed.
